1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the SAIL platform or the jtai.com and jtsail.ai websites operated by Justransform.com LLC (“Company”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of service
SAIL is a business network and B2B integration platform. It provides AI-assisted design tools, trading partner connectivity, EDI and API processing, partner web interfaces, workflow automation, observability and related services.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to tell us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer the platform or break any applicable law or regulation.
5. Intellectual property
All content, features and functionality of the SAIL platform are owned by Justransform.com LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.
6. Data processing
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Production transactions run through published, versioned components with full traceability.
7. Service levels
Service levels, including uptime commitments, credits and exclusions, are set out in your service agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justransform.com LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory protections where you reside, exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from the site or these terms lie in the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
